The ECB maintains and publishes a list of eligible marketable assets. The list, available below, is updated on each TARGET business day at 6:30p.m. C.E.T.

Only marketable assets issued by non-financial corporations without a rating from an external credit assessment institutions for the issue, issuer or guarantor are not included in the list of eligible marketable assets. For these debt instruments, the eligibility status depends on the credit assessment of the credit assessment source chosen by the respective counterparty in accordance with the ECAF rules (see Chapter 6 of the General Documentation 1.1 MB, en).
